Feb 4, 2013 Mickey Edwards, vice president of The Aspen Institute, will discuss the problems that have resulted from the American electoral system and the internal mechanics of Congress. Edwards served in Congress for 16 years and was a member of The House Republican leadership and held senior positions on both the Appropriations and Budget committees.
