TEDx Manhattan: Changing the Way We Eat
Feb 16, 2013 Join us for a full day of talks via a live webcast from TEDx Manhattan. The talks will explore the state food systems and progress toward sustainability. Speakers include Gary Hirshberg, Chairman of Stonyfield Farm, the world's leading organic yogurt producer, and Managing Director of Stonyfield Europe; Cheryl Kollin the founding principal of Full Plate Ventures, Anna Lappé national bestselling author and a founding principal of the Small Planet Institute and Small Planet Fund; and Peter Lehner, Executive Director of NRDC and NRDC Action Fund. Morning and afternoon snacks provided, but please plan to bring your own lunch or visit a campus or neighborhood café.
